  It looks, tastes and feels like Swiss Chalet. If you like Swiss Chalet you will be happy dining at this location. I'm not sure how anyone can write bad reviews... It's Swiss Chalet people!!!

  When we first arrived at the restaurant it took about five minutes for someone to come greet us. Once we got seated the service was good. It seemed a little under staffed, but the waitress was handling it well. The food came out quick. The chicken was a little small, and the rice was a little dry.

  My husbanf and i Wasn't happy with our meal had to send baked potatoes back couldn't even get my fork in potato ribs were overcooked offer us desert but we are diabets

  One of the worst I have had anywhere in food retail recently. No white meat and no fries at a chicken restaurant. 30 + minutes for what should have been a 5 min+ pickup. Misled more than once about wait time- "5 minute delay". No appearance by anyone in a management role to deal with the situation.Maybe substitute available options for the fries for example! Once the chicken was provided it was actually white meat but not properly prepared-noticeable more fat and gristle than usual.
  Shame on you Swiss Chalet. Maybe the newer location in Bowmanville can do better!
