  Always love the food. Kayla served us. She was quiet snappy and I didn't appreciate it. I get that it sucks that you have to work so close to the holidays, but customer service is not about being snotty. Sometimes customers aren't as familiar with your menu as you are and you must be accommodating to that. If someone asks about the dipping sauces or sides it's quite easy to point them out without sighing and waving at the board behind you and rolling your eyes. I'm not sure I want to come back if this is the level of service I'll receive. If you don't like your job, there are plenty who would love to replace you.

  I love popeyes but this location is terrible. I was really excited when I found out there was a Popeyes closer to me than the Oshawa location but due to horrible customer service I received at this location I will never be returning and would strongly suggest everyone I know doesn't either.
  On April 26th I came in for lunch and ordered a chicken sandwich meal when it was the daily deal but I was charged for the normal price. I pointed it out to the girl and asked for her to change it for me and she got extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that she was the manager and out right refused to refund me my order. I'm in shock that anyone would hire such a rude individual to manage their business.

  We have been to this location twice in the past couple of months. Every time we arrive we are greeted with a smile and the best customer service I have ever had. The food is always fresh, delicious, succulent and I will continue to order from this location.

  Found you online when searching for Popeye' s in Canada.First visit in Courtice on April 1st. Excellent service and food. Worker came to table to see how we enjoyed our meal. Better than KFC and Golden Chicken.We told him the only thing missing was unsweetened ice tea which is only available in USA. Keep up the good work. Will see soon!
