  I ordered a wrap for breakfast and the waitress brought the meal over on a sandwich. I'm not really a picky customer and I get mistakes happen but I do like my eggs on wraps a lot more then toast. I said to the waitress I'm sorry but I ordered a wrap and not a sandwich is there any way you can just put the items on this sandwich into a wrap? I didn't think it was a big deal I mean how much is a wrap .50 maybe? She proceeded to tell me that she knows for a fact that I ordered a sandwich and that she wouldn't change it for me it is what it is now. My potato pancake was over cooked and hard as well like they had one sitting around and threw it in the deep fryer to warm it up....I used to work at Mcdonalds so I know what that stuff tastes like. Highly disappointed by the lack of customer service here. Will not be going back to Molly's and will make sure to never send anyone there again.

  The food is amazing-but the service is slow. If you order a coffee you get constant top ups but as a tea table no one has ever stopped to ask if we would like another or more hot water. One lady stopped with coffee saw we had teas and ran off without a second delay not long enough to hear me ask for more hot water. It's hard to get someone to stop and ask as they are rushing around so much. Dying of thirst.

  The food is great but service is not. You can pretty much always expect to wait and there is nowhere to sit/stand while you wait. We have been here many times and have just accepted the wait. Today was too much. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Once we got a table we were given our drinks quickly and then nothing. We waited over half an hour to have our order taken and then we're told we would have to wait longer while other orders were being done. So we left. They need to figure out a better system to offer service that matches the food. I was really looking forward to some eggs Benedict but it's not worth waiting an hour for.

  Under staffed and slow service for lunch time (35min until we got food). Average food. Not really impressed with my experience but they do have some unique items on the menu.
